Product Description
This 250L complete distillation unit is specially designed for extracting plant essential oil and hydrosol (floral water). It adopts high‑quality SUS304 stainless steel for the main frame and tank body, with premium copper distillation head and helmet to guarantee excellent heat conduction and stable extraction performance.
Equipped with an independent steam generator, the system realizes steam‑jacket heating, which provides uniform temperature control, avoids local over‑heating and protects the active ingredients of herbs, flowers and plants. The whole set includes distillation pot, copper distillation head, shell‑and‑tube condenser, receiving tank, operating platform with stairs, full set of pipelines, valves and pressure gauges. All fittings are food‑grade and corrosion‑resistant.
It is widely applied for rose, lavender, chamomile, mint, medicinal herbs and various botanical raw materials. Besides essential oil & hydrosol production, this equipment can also be used for craft spirit distillation for whiskey, brandy and gin with flexible configuration.
