Product Description
This 1000L red copper Pisco distillation still is custom-built for Pisco, grape brandy, fruit brandy and other fruit spirit production. Crafted with high purity red copper main boiler & column, this pot still is the ideal equipment for medium-sized distilleries to produce premium Pisco with rich aromatic flavour.
Main Structure & Material
Main Pot: 1000L capacity, high purity red copper body, stainless steel support legs, with manhole for easy feeding & cleaning.
Copper Column: Multi-sight glass ports design, easy to observe vapor status during distillation. Copper material helps absorb sulfides and improve spirit aroma, which is critical for Pisco making.
Separator & Condenser Assembly: Matching stainless steel demister, copper pipeline, shell-and-tube condenser, separate receiving tank with stand.
Heating Option: Support steam jacket heating / electric heating / gas heating, customized upon client’s local energy condition.
Accessories: Pressure gauge, thermometer, sampling valve, safety relief valve, CIP cleaning interface, all sanitary tri-clamp connections for easy assembly and disassembly.
